Total Sales Director in a Leading Bakery Company

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Total Sales Director to lead our 150 stores and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a multi-million turnover, and leading a dedicated team in sales, marketing, and store construction.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership and Team Development: Foster a high-performing team of managers, providing guidance and motivation to achieve long-term success.
  • Sales Strategies and Business Growth: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive business growth, leveraging your expertise in sales strategy development and implementation.
  • Marketing and Store Development: Lead our marketing and store development departments to ensure effective campaigns and store maintenance, driving customer engagement and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience and Track Record: Several years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in the food industry, with a successful track record in sales strategy development and implementation.
  • Leadership Skills and Problem-Solving: Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide large teams.
  • Business Acumen and Flexibility: Entrepreneurial mindset, strong negotiation skills, and analytical thinking, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
