About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team at Exnaton AG, a leading provider of software for renewable energy. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's vision and bringing innovative solutions to market.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in software architecture, with a focus on renewable energy and sustainability. You will be responsible for leading the interaction with our enterprise customers, ensuring a seamless onboarding process, and collaborating closely with our Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard new enterprise customers to our SaaS solution
  • Lead setup and integration projects to ensure customers get the most out of our product
  • Build strong customer relationships, starting with a successful onboarding, and continuing throughout the customer journey
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver on time, in quality, and in budget
  • Revise onboarding material and integration process
  • Gather feedback and identify customer needs for continuous improvement of our product
  • Support business development with industry partners
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, Information Systems, Applied Computer Science, or related fields
  • Good understanding of diverse customer and stakeholder personas and ability to empathize with various perspectives
  • Experience with ERP systems and software integration projects
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective outreach and interaction with potential clients
  • Minimum of 2 years in technical sales in the software industry, IT consulting, or similar roles
  • Fluent in German and English (strict requirements); other languages are also a significant plus
