About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team at Exnaton AG, a leading provider of software for renewable energy. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's vision and bringing innovative solutions to market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the interaction with our enterprise customers, focusing on the initial setup phase and ongoing customer journey;
  • Onboard new customers to our SaaS solution, ensuring a seamless integration process;
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions;
  • Gather feedback and identify customer needs for continuous product improvement;
  • Support business development with industry partners, such as SAP and Theben;
  • Stay adaptable to evolving sales strategies and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, Information Systems, or related fields;
  • Strong understanding of diverse customer personas and stakeholder perspectives;
  • Experience with ERP systems and software integration projects;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong understanding of IT systems and software architectures;
  • Minimum 2 years in technical sales in the software industry, IT consulting, or similar roles;
  • Fluency in German and English (strict requirements);
  • Quick learner, with a passion for digitalization and sustainability;
  • Team player, comfortable in a dynamic startup environment.
