Sales Director

At Gotion Germany Battery GmbH, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in the European market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve annual sales targets and market development goals.
- Lead business negotiations with customers, ensuring successful contract signings and customer satisfaction.
- Collect and analyze market information on competitors, providing regular feedback to the responsible person.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage and develop a high-performing sales team, focusing on member ability and performance improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, such as mechanical, electrical, management, or marketing.
- At least 8 years of sales experience in the new energy market, with a minimum of 3 years in the energy storage industry.
- Strong knowledge of import and export trade procedures and ability to develop overseas markets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to drive business results.
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
