We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Gotion Germany Battery GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new sales opportunities in the European market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets and market development goals.
- Lead business negotiations with customers, ensuring successful contract signings and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Collect and analyze market information on competitors, providing regular feedback to the responsible person.
- Manage and develop a team of sales professionals, focusing on member ability and performance improvement.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, such as mechanical, electrical, management, or marketing.
- At least 8 years of sales experience in the new energy market, with a minimum of 3 years in the energy storage industry.
- Familiarity with import and export trade procedures and strong ability to develop overseas markets.
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
