Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Payroll-Manager (m/w/d) für unseren Standort in Stuttgart. Als Teil des Payroll-Teams übernimmst Du die operative Steuerung und Organisation des Tagesgeschäftes und sicherst die Servicequalität der Abteilung.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Mitwirken an der Payroll-Strategie und der Automatisierung von Payroll-Prozessen
  • Sicherstellen der Entgeltabrechnung für nationale und internationale Betriebsstätten
  • Lohnbuchhalterisches Betreuen von Auslandsentsendungen
  • Proaktives Umsetzen von Gesetzen, Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungspflichten und internen Richtlinien
  • Beurteilen und Bearbeiten von geldwerten Vorteilen, Sachbezügen und Betriebsveranstaltungen
  • Erstellen von Personalkostenbudgets, Bonustöpfen, Berechnen von Rückstellungen
  • Datencontrolling, Erstellen von Personalstatistiken und -reports, Projektarbeit
  • Unterstützen bei Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuer-Außenprüfungen
Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Steuerfachangestellten, Steuerfachwirt/-in oder abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Steuerrecht, idealerweise mit Berufserfahrung
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der Leitung eines Payrollteams
  • Expertenkenntnisse im Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerrecht
  • Berufserfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung, Kenntnisse in der Abrechnungssoftware LODAS von DATEV von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Datenbanken
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Hohes Maß an Diskretion, Integrität und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Qualitätsbewusster, dienstleistungsorientierter, selbständiger Arbeitsstil und Einsatzbereitschaft
