About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled People & Culture Manager to join our dynamic team at PartsCloud GmbH. As a key member of our HR department, you'll be responsible for managing daily HR tasks, focusing on recruitment, and ensuring a smooth operation of our remote team.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Operations Excellence: Own all day-to-day HR operations, ensuring payroll runs smoothly, benefits are on point, and compliance is rock solid.
  • Recruitment Rockstar: Take full ownership of recruitment, ensuring an outstanding experience for every candidate from the first touchpoint to offer acceptance.
  • Onboarding & Retention: Design an engaging onboarding process that makes new hires feel valued and excited to be part of our team from day one.
  • Culture Creator: Build a remote-first culture that runs deep, where people feel seen, heard, and appreciated — regardless of where they work.
