About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deal Maker/Engagement Partner to join our team at Kyndryl. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading deals from qualification to closure for complex, multi-tower multi-million deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CxOs and other senior executives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary documents and technical solutions for bid submissions.
  • Define winning propositions and lead the end-to-end response for complex deals.
  • Lead contract negotiations to ensure the best outcome for our organization and our clients.
  • Act as a bridge between our talented teams and the customer organization throughout the deal process.
  • Compile, refine, and own the final proposal documents, showcasing technical content and designs in a professional and concise manner.
  • Establish a robust reporting and governance process to monitor the success of our deals.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who possesses a growth mindset, is customer-focused, and is open and borderless in their approach. You should have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of industry-specific solutions and sales techniques.

Requirements

  • High level of industry-specific solution expertise and sales techniques.
  • Proven experience in conceptualizing and executing bid activities and deals.
  • X years of experience in leading customer negotiations.
