Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, communicate, and execute sourcing strategies for a local portfolio of suppliers within our customized hardware organization, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and delivery performance.
  • Perform continuous monitoring and development of suppliers and contract manufacturers.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align sourcing strategy with business requirements.
  • Identify process efficiencies and cost out/waste reduction opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Production Technology, Logistics, or equivalent educational background.
  • Work experience from sourcing or relevant supply chain role; preferably experience working with ERP systems, e.g. Oracle.
  • Ability to manage and develop supplier relationships.
  • Strong analytical mind and data-driven approach.
  • Fluency in English and German language (written and spoken).
