Working Student Engagement Marketing Specialist

HRS GmbH, a pioneer in business travel, is seeking a talented Marketing Student to join their team as a Working Student Engagement Marketing. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn about Engagement and Lifecycle Marketing, while contributing to the company's growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, a curiosity to learn about Engagement and Lifecycle marketing, and a strong interest in setting up editorial campaigns in HRS's engagement platform (Braze). As a Working Student Engagement Marketing, you will be responsible for creating and setting up engagement editorial campaigns, collaborating with other teams, and optimizing editorial campaigns to improve performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Campaign management: set up engagement marketing campaigns (Email and Push Notification), collaborating with other teams such as supply.
  • Copywriting: support on crafting the campaign message, based on HRS's brand guidelines and supported by the Content Marketing Manager.
  • Campaign Optimization: Conducting AB testing to improve campaign performance via e.g. subject line tests.

Requirements:

  • Marketing/Communication student
  • Passion for marketing
  • Curiosity to learn about Engagement and Lifecycle marketing
  • Interest on setting up editorial campaigns in HRS's engagement platform (Braze)
  • You enjoy working on a team, and also collaborate with other stakeholders
  • You have high level of self-motivation, organizational talent and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work independently, reliably, diligently and well structured
  • Fluent in German and very good level of English
  • Based in Cologne and enjoy working at HRS's Headquarters in the city center

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility.
