IT Project Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Project Assistant to join our team at DFG. As a key member of our project management office, you will provide methodical and administrative support to our project leaders, ensuring the smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project leaders in planning, coordination, and execution of projects
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor project documentation and reporting systems, utilizing project management tools such as KANBAN boards, wikis, and team sites
  • Manage and track project timelines, resources, and budgets
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, workshops, and other project-related events
  • Record meeting minutes, create presentations, and conduct evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with project standards and best practices

Requirements:

  • Completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field
  • Experience in an assistant role and project management
  • Strong affinity for IT topics
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong team player with excellent networking skills
  • Proficiency in German language at C2 level, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
