Purpose of the Position

Intersnack is embarking on a transformative journey to harmonize business processes across the organization, supported by a unified IT solution stack. As a key member of the Project One team, the Roll-out Manager Idea to Market will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of Intersnack's ONE template, comprising business processes and an Infor-based IT solution, across all countries and organizations within the Intersnack Group.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead and deliver the implementation of the ONE template in the Idea to Market area, ensuring seamless transition to the defined ways of working. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving the implementation of the ONE template across the group, in line with the overall roll-out plan.
  • Supporting local implementation teams to deliver harmonization activities, applying the template's standards.
  • Enabling local teams to transition from their current ways of working and organizational setup to the future common way of working and resulting organizational setup in the purchasing area.
  • Maintaining the delivery scope and budget while ensuring timely go-live for local implementation teams.
  • Socializing and defending Marketing, R&D, and Product Lifecycle Management-related aspects of the ONE template to avoid local deviations from process or system standards.
  • Quickly resolving local issues to ensure a smooth transition to the live environment.
  • Creating Functional Specifications from a business perspective to identify solutions bridging gaps in the application of the ONE template within the local organization.
  • Enabling key resources within the local organization to support implementation of the ONE template.
  • Guiding local experts, including IT specialists, to develop a solid basis for Business as Usual (BAU) operations, ensuring both central and local policies for IT governance are embedded and supported.
  • Documenting all work to project-defined standards within standard document templates and using tools such as JIRA and SharePoint to monitor actions, update documents, and manage workload.
Scope of Authorization

The holder of this position will define, apply, and continuously improve the realization approach in line with the overall program's guidelines and in agreement with the Group Process Owners, fulfilling the overall program target.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A university degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business Administration, or similar experience.
  • Approximately 5 to 8 years of work experience in IT or (in-house) consulting.
  • FMCG (ideally food) experience is a must, including non-project roles.
  • Project Management qualifications (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) would be desirable.
  • Proven experience in international template build and rollout projects for or in Idea to Market related topics.
  • Knowledge in Marketing, R&D, and Product Lifecycle Management process execution in a producing company.
  • Experience with business transformation/change management.
  • Experience working at a multi-country organization, ideally in the Food or fast-moving consumer goods industry.
  • Positive 'can do' approach.
  • Self-starter with an ambition to get things done.
  • Strong result orientation.
  • Good facilitation and communication skills.
  • Leadership of projects/project teams consisting of internal resources and/or consultants.
