Beschreibung des Aufgabenbereichs

Als Senior M&E Projektmanager bei KPMG Construction Advisory bist du verantwortlich für die Führung von Projekten im Bereich Bau und Infrastruktur. Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für das Projektmanagement, einschließlich Stakeholder-, H&S-, Risiko-, Qualitäts-, Termin- und Vertragsmanagement. Du stellst sicher, dass alle Projektziele in Übereinstimmung mit den Anforderungen der Kunden erreicht werden.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Projektverantwortung: Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für das Projektmanagement, einschließlich der Koordination von Stakeholdern, der Überwachung von Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsaspekten, der Identifizierung und Bewältigung von Risiken, der Gewährleistung von Qualitätsstandards, der Einhaltung von Terminen und der Verwaltung von Verträgen.
  • Prozessmanagement: Du überwachst die täglichen Aktivitäten der Projektmanager und stellst sicher, dass die geeigneten Projektmanagementtechniken und -maßnahmen eingesetzt werden, um die Projekte unter Einhaltung der Kosten-, Termin-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsvorgaben zu realisieren.
  • Bauprojekte: Du leitest die Koordination der Aufgaben während des gesamten Lebenszyklus des Projekts, einschließlich der durchgeführten Bauarbeiten (während der Bauphase) und stellst sicher, dass die Schnittstellen in allen Phasen des Projektlebenszyklus berücksichtigt werden.
  • Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest mit den technischen Teams bei der Koordinierung und Verwaltung der Konstruktionsberater und anderer externer Dienstleistungsanbieter zusammen, organisierst die entsprechenden Entwurfsprüfungssitzungen und verwaltest den Projektinformationsfluss.
  • Bestandsbewertung: Du verantwortest die Kommunikation von Entwurfsabnahme und -änderungen an die Kunden, die zuständigen Mitglieder des Projektteams und die betroffenen Interessengruppen und führst das Gesamtprojektrisikoregister.

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurwissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
  • Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung im Bausektor sowie Qualifikation als Chartered Quantity Surveyor bei RICS, CIOB, APM oder einer anderen gleichwertigen Institution.
  • Know-How und Erfahrung im Lesen und Interpretieren von MEP-Zeichnungen, Spezifikationen und Schaltplänen, Kenntnisse über Prinzipien des Ingenieurwesens und des Projektmanagements, Projektmanagement-Software und -Werkzeuge, sowie Verständnis für den allgemeinen MEP-Markt, Lieferketten und Projekttypen.
  • Hohe Motivationsfähigkeit, Branchennetzwerk, Ergebnisorientierung, Eigenverantwortung sowie Teamfähigkeit, Kundenorientierung und exzellente Gesprächs- und Verhandlungskompetenzen.
  • Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau in Deutsch sowie gute Englischkenntnisse und Reisebereitschaft.
