Senior Solution Architect

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team at Virtual Identity AG. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative web experiences that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop effective solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to ensure seamless integration and high-quality web experiences.
- Develop and maintain expertise in frontend, backend, and cloud technologies to drive innovation and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
- Mentor and guide less experienced engineers to help them grow professionally.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and experience with DevOps, Git workflows, and release processes.
- Expertise in frontend, backend, and cloud technologies, with a strong focus on innovation and improvement.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide others.
- Fluency in both German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
