Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and interpret geospatial data, including LiDAR, to drive impactful decision-making and optimize investment strategies.
  • Create and manage geodatabases, maps, and GIS models to support informed business decisions.
  • Apply geospatial analysis tools and techniques effectively to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Develop innovative methods for data collection and processing to enhance the efficiency of operations.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to integrate geospatial data into various projects, ensuring seamless communication and effective project execution.
  • Present findings and recommendations to a range of stakeholders, conveying insights clearly and concisely.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A degree in Geoinformatics, Geography, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong experience with ArcGIS Pro; familiarity with other GIS software (e.g., QGIS) is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript for data processing and automation is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R is an asset.
  • Experience with spatial data formats and database management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey insights clearly and effectively.
  • A team player who can also work independently, with strong organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English and German.
Competitive Compensation Package
  • $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

The estimated salary range for this role is between $75,000 and $90,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. The compensation package includes a competitive salary, attractive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
