About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team at SYNCREON in Dortmund. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods within our facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading vehicles, ensuring the secure transportation of goods
- Receiving and inspecting incoming goods, verifying quantities and conditions
- Operating industrial trucks to store, retrieve, and transfer goods within the warehouse
- Assisting with the storage and retrieval of palletized goods in the grading area
- Providing accurate and timely delivery of goods to customers
- Reporting and documenting any issues or discrepancies with goods
- Participating in regular inventory counts and audits
- Performing general warehouse duties as required
Requirements
- Training as a warehouse logistics specialist is an asset
- Experience operating forklifts and telescopic forklifts is essential
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures is beneficial
- Fluency in German (written and spoken) is required
- A valid forklift driver's license is mandatory
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
