About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team at SYNCREON in Dortmund. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods within our facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading vehicles, ensuring the secure transportation of goods
- Receiving and inspecting incoming goods, verifying quantities and condition
- Operating industrial trucks to store, retrieve, and transfer goods within the warehouse
- Assisting with the storage of palletized goods in the grading area of returns processing
- Providing goods to customers according to their orders
- Registering and reporting any complaints or issues with goods
- Conducting inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels
- Performing general warehouse duties as required
Requirements
- Training as a warehouse logistics specialist is an advantage
- Experience in operating forklifts and telescopic forklifts is essential
- Experience in loading high racks is a plus
- Proficiency in German language (written and spoken)
- A valid forklift driver's license is required
- Ability to work in a shift system
- Commitment to teamwork, reliability, physical resilience, and stress resistance
