Senior Property Management Specialist

Job Summary
KBR is seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics support team, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration and physical control of Government/customer property.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain necessary control records to ensure the status of all Government/customer property can be readily ascertained.
- Coordinate property management matters with all affected departments, organizations, or groups.
- Support and participate in property reviews and audits as required.
- Implement industry leading practices (ILP), voluntary consensus standards (VCS), and standardized forms as defined by AGPC.
- Disclose any significant changes to the property management system to AGPC, GAM management, and their designated Government Property Administrator or customers prior to implementation.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree with 5 years of related experience.
- In lieu of formal education, 13 years of experience.
- NPMA CPPM Certification Level Desired.
