About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Architect to join our team at Siemens AG. As a key member of our Intralogistics team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing software solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the overall IT architecture for our customers' projects
  • Design and implement software components for warehouse management systems
  • Ensure the quality and adherence to our software platform INTRALOG WMS
  • Act as the technical point of contact and mentor for our software developers and testers
  • Plan, describe, and distribute work packages in collaboration with the project leadership
  • Manage the CI/CD process in collaboration with the central DevOps team
  • Take technical responsibility for the project from customer-specific development to system implementation and ramp-up phase
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Developer for Warehouse Management Systems
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft.Net, C#, GitLab, Oracle databases, Microsoft SQL Server, and PostgreSQL
  • Experience with event-driven architectures is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts
  • Proven track record of working in international teams and delivering high-quality software solutions
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
