Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist to join our team at ETA Personal GmbH. As a key member of our industrial automation team, you will be responsible for planning and commissioning PLC systems and control systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Commissioning: Develop and implement project plans for the commissioning of PLC systems, particularly Siemens S7 and CodeSys, and control systems, such as CopaData Zenon and PCS7.
  • Project Management: Independently manage projects in the field of industrial plants, including the creation of electrical documentation for PLC controls, drive technology, and MSR systems.
  • Client and Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, authorities, suppliers, and internal team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with a dynamic team to successfully implement projects, leveraging your expertise and experience to drive results.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Hold a degree or technician qualification in electrical engineering and possess several years of professional experience in industrial automation technology.
  • Technical Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in PLC programming, particularly with Siemens S7 or CodeSys, and experience with visualization and process control systems such as CopaData Zenon or PCS7.
  • Soft Skills: Possess a strong awareness of customer orientation, cost management, and quality standards, as well as self-reliance, independence, entrepreneurial thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Language Skills: Possess good German skills.
