Digital Transformation Strategist for Business Process Optimization

We are seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Strategist to lead our Business Process Optimization team in Europe. This exciting role will involve developing and implementing automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and other cutting-edge technologies.

As a Digital Transformation Strategist, you will be responsible for driving business process improvement initiatives across our European entities. Your expertise in project management, process tools, and software development practices will enable you to effectively lead cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the business process automation team to develop and implement process optimization strategies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable, maintainable, and secure automation solutions
  • Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Platform and other automation technologies
  • Provide technical support and training to users, and mentor team members on automation tools and best practices
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in business process automation and Power Platform development/programming, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of automation technologies such as RPA, BPM, and AI
  • Excellent knowledge of project management methods and process tools
  • Enthusiasm for IT solutions and extensive experience in the management or implementation of IT-related projects
