Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Systems Project Manager to lead our complex large-scale Enterprise ERP / Applications program.

This role will be responsible for setting up the program and team structure, managing cross-functional ERP projects, and ensuring delivery on quality, in time, in budget, and in full.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading international strategic corporate projects, with experience in managing company-wide cross-functional Enterprise ERP / Applications programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive program and project plans to establish clear objectives, timelines, and resources
  • Monitor and control daily project activities, including progress and achievement of objectives
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture within project teams and with stakeholders
  • Identify potential risks and issues, develop risk mitigation strategies, and make specific project decisions
Requirements
  • Sound professional experience in program and project management of international highly success-relevant, strategic corporate projects
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional projects involving significant people, process, and technology change
  • Deep experience in managing company-wide cross-functional Enterprise ERP / Applications programs in an international environment
