About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Compliance Documentation Specialist to join our Payroll team at Remote. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing documentation needs, evaluating the effectiveness of current documentation, and providing proactive recommendations to ensure a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze documentation needs and evaluate the effectiveness of current documentation.
- Document and build a library of standard operating procedures (SOPs) around payroll compliance, audit framework, and payroll risk management.
- Work on payroll compliance monitoring trackers and prepare data-driven periodic reports.
- Become an expert in the payroll documentation, audit, and risk framework at Remote.
- Support the wider team with projects and incidents to transform and improve compliance and processes.

- A competitive salary range of $33,000 to $74,000 per year.
