Key Responsibilities:

• Manage contract-related correspondence with customers and contractors/suppliers, ensuring timely notifications and resolutions.
• Participate in construction meetings on site, driving performance improvements and deriving actionable insights.
• Evaluate and negotiate contract supplements, balancing reason and amount.
• Maintain daily communication with senior site managers to implement effective contractual measures.
• Prepare escalation issues for project management, ensuring seamless resolution.

Requirements:

• University degree in engineering, economics, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in project management, construction supervision, or claims management.
• Strong knowledge of contract and supplement management, construction management aspects, and construction time extension claims.
• Technical understanding of plant construction and scheduling.
• Proficiency in BGB contract law and ability to enforce contractual aspects in writing.
• Mobility (at least 4 days a week on the construction site).
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and flexibility.
• Fluent German language skills.
