Key Responsibilities
- Manage contract-related correspondence with customers and contractors/suppliers
- Participate in construction meetings and derive To Do lists for performance changes
- Evaluate and negotiate supplements in terms of reason and amount
- Collaborate with the senior site manager to implement contractual measures
Requirements
- University degree in engineering, economics, or related field
- Several years of experience in project management, construction supervision, or claims management
- Strong knowledge of contract and supplement management, construction management aspects, and construction time extension claims
- Technical understanding of plant construction and scheduling
- Knowledge of BGB contract law and ability to process contractual aspects in writing
