Service Engineering Specialist

Als Teil des Teams von Hobart, einem Weltmarktführer in der gewerblichen Spültechnik und Reinigungstechnik, suchen wir nach einem erfahrenen Service Engineering & Quality-Experten, der unsere Produktentwicklung und -freigabe aus Service-Sicht unterstützt.
Ihre Aufgaben:- Mitwirkung bei der Konzeption und Entwicklung neuer Maschinen und Marktfreigabe aus Service-Sicht
- Intensiver Austausch mit den technischen Abteilungen wie das Service Training Center, Qualitätsmanagement und der Konstruktion
- Bearbeitung von Kundenrückmeldungen und Reklamationen
- Erstellung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen und Durchführung von Sicherheitsunterweisungen
- Auswertung und Ausarbeitung von Arbeitsunfällen sowie den Techniker-Audits
- Unterstützung der Service-Sales- und Marketingabteilung, sowie den Servicezentren bei technischen Themen
- Erstellung und Pflege technisch-organisatorischer Hilfsmittel und Dokumente
- Durchführung von Projekten und Übernahme von Spezialaufgaben
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Energieelektroniker / Mechatroniker oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Zusatzqualifikation als Meister, Techniker oder Fachwirt wünschenswert, jedoch keine Voraussetzung
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Selbstständige und engagierte Arbeitsweise, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Flexibilität
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
