Transformation Project Assistant

Role Overview:
As a Transformation Project Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the transformation network by creating virtual concepts, posts, and management presentations. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational development projects.
  • Design new event formats and collaborative workshop concepts.
  • Contribute to storytelling in presentations and writing for leadership and change communications.
  • Develop the tool landscape, especially Microsoft Teams communities and AI guides.

Qualifications:
  • Education in Change Management, Communications, Media Studies, Human Resource Development, Business Administration, or comparable.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and MS Teams.
  • Knowledge of photo and video editing, ideally experience in change development and communication.
  • Strong communication skills, creativity, and a commitment to teamwork.
