About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team at Bishop GmbH. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of Compliance Solutions that meet the needs of our customers in the aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends to drive product development and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new Compliance Solutions that meet customer requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Lead the development of product roadmaps, business cases, and go-to-market strategies to ensure successful product launches.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop sales strategies and materials that effectively communicate product value and benefits.
  • Manage and prioritize product development projects to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in the aerospace or defense industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and launching successful products that meet customer needs and regulatory standards.
  • Strong understanding of compliance regulations and industry standards, including export control regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, including cloud-based solutions.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including English, German, and French.
