Product Manager for Regulatory Affairs

Product Manager (d/f/m) for Compliance Solutions
Bishop GmbH is seeking a dedicated professional to enhance our team in the field of compliance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the prompt and quality-driven delivery of compliance-related products and services, including License Management and Compliance Check Systems.
- Design, execute, and uphold operational documentation, policies, procedures, KPIs, and SLAs pertinent to security products and services.
- Develop protocols for ongoing service level enhancement informed by client feedback.
- Track KPIs and SLAs, implementing strategies for improvement.
- Serve as a primary liaison for project teams to facilitate effective product launches.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment of outcomes with optimal business benefits.
Candidate Profile:
- Collaborative team member.
- Experience in diverse international teams.
- Proactive with strong analytical and communication abilities.
- Robust problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement in a highly regulated setting.
Educational Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
Professional Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in IT or Information Systems.
- Substantial background in Information Management and Project/Product Management.
- Familiarity with compliance processes and regulations.
- Experience in managing customer relationships and conducting requirement analysis.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of IT fundamentals, including infrastructures and architectures.
- Experience with agile methodologies and backlog management.
Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in both German and English; knowledge of French is advantageous.
