Job Requirements

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Defines use cases and test scenarios together with the component responsible engineer and function owner.
  • Performs testing and validation of the components' functions (HW and SW) on a bench or in a vehicle.
  • Creates test requirements traced to the functional requirements and objectives for the component or function.
  • Creates the test environment (bench or vehicle) and performs the test according to the test requirements.
  • Reports test results by test report to the component responsible engineer or function owner.
  • Supports bench-marking activities.

**Your Profile:**

  • Degree in automotive engineering, telecommunications engineering, or equivalent/higher qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in ADAS validation.
  • Good knowledge and/or practical experiences in vehicle electronics, vehicle electronic architectures, and applications, including CAN communication and SAE J1939 protocol.
  • Good knowledge and/or practical experiences in test case and test scenario specification for ADAS systems; competence in requirement engineering.
  • Basic experience with IT tools for requirement specification: Microsoft Office, Polarion/Jama/Doors.
  • Good knowledge of ADAS systems application and validation.
  • Good knowledge and/or practical experiences in E/E bench validation.
  • Some experience in validation tools (Vector CANAlyzer/CANoe, Vector CANApe ETAS INCA) and in Vector CAPL usage.
  • Attitude on manual activities.
  • Communication skills.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • EU driving license.
