Lead Consultant in Financial Governance

Together with your team in the Accounting & Process Advisory sector, you will develop leading solutions in areas such as compliance, risk management, internal control systems, and internal auditing. You will assist organizations in the design, implementation, and evaluative assessment of these governance frameworks.
Your Responsibilities

- Consult with national and international entities within the health sector.
- Conduct benchmarking, controlling, and screening of corporate processes.
- Prepare, validate, and assess medically-oriented business plans, cost structures, and system and process analyses.
- Formulate risk strategies.
- Lead governance projects, including the introduction and implementation of risk and compliance management systems.
- Advance topics related to investment, financial, and market analysis.
- To become a Lead Consultant (m/f/d) in Financial Governance & Process Advisory - Health Sector, you should possess a degree in business administration with a focus on health economics, health sciences, or a comparable field.
- A minimum of five years of professional experience in health economics, healthcare, life sciences, commercial law, accounting, and controlling is required.
- Experience in auditing and knowledge of the German healthcare system are essential.
- Proficiency in standard MS Office applications is expected.
- Fluent English skills (native level) and ideally Mandarin proficiency are advantageous.
