Business Development Manager

We're a pioneering digital health company revolutionizing sports physical therapy. Since our inception in 2021, we've made significant strides in making high-quality physical therapy accessible to everyone, everywhere. Our platform has already empowered over 200,000+ users across the EU and US to treat their running injuries or prevent them with our prevention track.
We're committed to expanding our reach and establishing ourselves as the leading digital physiotherapy solution in the DACH market. To achieve this, we're seeking a highly skilled Business Development & Operations Manager to support us in closing new partnerships and managing all aspects around those partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with our CEO to refine and adjust our B2B strategy, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Identify and acquire new B2B partnerships, promoting the Exakt Health App through strategic outreach and event networking.
- Negotiate and define partner contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Manage close and long-term relationships with our B2B partners, fostering a culture of trust and cooperation.
- Oversee the operational management of ongoing partnerships, including customer success, invoicing, product development, and partnership development.
- Coordinate clinical studies to prove the medical effectiveness of the Exakt Health App.
- Support the CEO in other business functions, including finance and regulatory matters.
- Native-level German proficiency, with business-level English skills.
- Excellent networking and relationship management skills.
- Completed degree in business administration, law, or a related field.
- Hands-on mentality, with a passion for learning and achieving results.
- Experience in the medical or insurance industry in Germany, with a network in the space, is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Full-time position with an initial total compensation of € 40,000 - € 56,000, including stock options in the company. Part-time work is also possible.
