About MVST:
We are a small developer and design team expanding into Europe, working closely with our Munich Studio. Immersed in Barcelona's world-class craft, visual arts, and architecture, we bring the base for all digital products we are currently building.
Job Description:- Lead digital product projects across the entire lifecycle, setting the vision for user experience and creating space for collaboration.
- Work with the team to create top-class user experiences on various digital platforms and applications from clients, that are engaging, useful, and solution-oriented.
About the Role:
Responsibilities:- User research, customer feedback, user testing, and usability findings to tailor designs to users' needs.
- Develop and prototype design solutions to communicate ideas, concepts, and test with real customers for iterative processes.
- Facilitate workshops with project stakeholders to ensure close collaboration and develop design strategies together.
About You:
Requirements:- A minimum of 2 years of designing experience at SaaS or consumer-focused tech or media companies.
- Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Framer, Invision, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.
- Pixel perfection focus, ensuring remarkable products are delivered on time and on budget.
- Great communication skills to set up frameworks and brainstorm initial design concepts.
- People-focused design mentality through hands-on user research or designing options for A/B tests.
