Product Operations Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Operations Intern to join our team at Moonfare. As a Product Operations Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our product operations and driving improvements to our product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve issues related to our product operations, including bug tracking and triaging.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and perform analyses to aid decision-making.
  • Contribute to the development of our product operations business model.
  • Work on ad-hoc product projects, including data analyses, auditing, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and share insights with product leaders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous internship experience within a Fintech startup, Investment Bank, Private Equity firm, or Consulting firm.
  • Experience in Operations, Product, or bug solving, with proficiency in Jira.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Highly driven, independent, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Hands-on mentality with entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Eligibility:

  • Have at least six months availability.
  • Have a valid Visa/Work Permit.
  • Be based in Berlin. (Relocation support is not available)
