About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our AGRAVIS Raiffeisen team as an HR Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the performance of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Provide expert advice to senior management on strategic HR initiatives and talent development.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure access to best-in-class training and development resources.
- Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees and support the company's business objectives.
- Conduct needs assessments and analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR development, talent management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful training programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
