Talent Development Specialist (w/m/d) for Employee Growth and Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement initiatives aimed at personal growth to align with the career aspirations of our workforce.
  • Organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops covering essential topics such as leadership, effective communication, and teamwork.
  • Assess training requirements and develop tailored training programs to bridge identified skill gaps.
  • Offer guidance and support to both employees and management in their professional advancement.
  • Manage HR-related functions while maintaining a solid understanding of employment regulations.
  • Engage in employee discussions, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution processes.
  • Assist with HR activities including onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance talent acquisition efforts.
  • Stay informed about recruitment trends and leverage social media for optimized hiring processes.
  • Formulate effective outreach strategies and utilize current topics to attract potential candidates.
  • Participate in recruitment events such as career fairs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in employee development, human resources, and/or leadership training.
  • Proven ability to work with individuals across all organizational levels.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated and organized work style.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Familiarity with HR software is a plus.
  • Fluency in German is essential.
