Senior Manager Strategy & CEO Office

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Strategy & CEO Office to join our team at the KION Group. As a key member of our Executive Board, you will play a pivotal role in driving our strategic governance process.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Prepare and moderate the monthly KION CEO Council, ensuring alignment of different perspectives and deriving a common view
* Lead the CEO Council and executive council, managing the operating cadence and quarterly business reviews
* Proactively steer strategy into execution through a policy deployment model
* Work alongside the EVP Strategy & CEO Office to drive content, quality assurance, and timeliness of the KION Board sessions
* Support the EVP Strategy & CEO Office in reviewing documents to be submitted to the Board prior to release

**Requirements**

* Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in developing, aligning, and implementing strategic initiatives
* Strong understanding of the KION business, industry, and organizational knowledge
* Ability to build consensus across a wide variety of stakeholders
* Demonstrated presentation skills and ability to build presentations effectively
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop recommendations
