IT Security Manager

MAM Gruppe, a global industry leader, is seeking an IT Security Manager to join their team in Mannheim. The ideal candidate will be confident, goal-oriented, and proactive, with strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Security.
Your Responsibilities:- Develop and implement global information security strategies, including Microsoft 365 security, SAP/ERP security, network security, operational technology, penetration testing, and cyber awareness.
- Design and implement IT emergency response plans.
- Evaluate cloud-based applications to ensure they meet security compliance standards.
- Coordinating with external service providers and partner organisations.
- A completed degree in computer science, business informatics, economics with an IT focus, or a related field of study.
- Proven experience in IT security, either within consultancy or a medium-sized business, preferably with international exposure.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 security, with knowledge of Microsoft Azure being highly advantageous.
- Experience in project management is desirable.
- Knowledge of SAP security and data protection would be beneficial.
- A dynamic and independent role within a global framework.
