Your Responsibilities
If you are eager to drive the development of IT security solutions, here’s how you can contribute:
- Lead a team of security consultants as a project manager to design and technically implement tailored security solutions for clients.
- Assist clients in establishing and enhancing their Security Operations Center, including selecting service providers and supporting technical, procedural, or architectural implementations.
- Collaborate with clients to develop new, secure cloud solutions for platforms, processes, and business models.
- Introduce, optimize, and implement concepts and processes with technical solutions in identity and access management.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, overseeing project and team management, representing team outcomes, ensuring necessary project staffing, and leading client meetings.
- Engage actively in acquiring new clients, developing sales materials, and taking on team building and personnel management responsibilities.
To become a (Senior) IT Security Manager with us, you should possess:
- A completed degree in (Business) Informatics, IT Security, or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience in IT security or IT security consulting at a reputable consulting or industrial firm.
- In-depth knowledge of cyber security and relevant experience in integrating organizational, regulatory, and technical IT security topics.
- A focus on security monitoring, identity and access management, cloud security, or general IT security architecture.
- Familiarity with methodologies such as MitreAttack, CIS, or security requirements from NIST/ISO.
- Ideally, certifications like CISSP, CISM, or vendor-specific certifications, or a willingness to pursue these with us.
- Strong project management skills and fluent proficiency in both German and English.
- Willingness to travel and flexibility are essential attributes.
