Development Expert/Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Development Expert/Architect to join our SAP Globalization Development Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing cloud-based solutions for SAP SuccessFactors Payroll and its localized solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop microservice-based architecture for SAP SuccessFactors Payroll and its localized solutions.
- Leverage AI and machine learning to optimize and enhance our processes.
- Translate business and product requirements into technical requirements, models, and software architecture.
- Ensure architectural integrity of solutions and lead or participate in research and Proof of Concept activities.
- Write clean and maintainable code using best engineering practices.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field with 10+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience in an architect role in engineering and software architecture design, building, and distributing software tools and solutions in an agile environment.
- Strong programming and analytical skills, experience in HCM SuccessFactors and Payroll/TimeManagement solution.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (C++, Python, Java) in a cross-platform environment with multiple operating system targets and databases.
- Experience in development of complex software solutions based on ABAP/JAVA technology.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and German.
