About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Manager (m/w/d) to join our team at Cove Facility Management GmbH in Berlin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of our properties, including interior and exterior areas
  • Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including replacing defective parts and ensuring compliance with safety standards
  • Coordinate with external contractors for larger repairs and projects, and oversee the quality of their work
  • Conduct regular inspections of our properties, including common areas, technical rooms, and outdoor spaces
  • Manage and maintain inventory levels in our properties
  • Read and record meter readings
Requirements
  • Excellent handiwork and technical skills
  • Strong understanding of building systems and maintenance
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and methodical approach to work
  • Ability to respond quickly to changing situations
  • Physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic technical knowledge
