Job Description:

As a Client Servicing Specialist at Amundi Investment Solutions, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial development of the Group. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional operational and administrative support to our clients on a daily basis, ensuring that their needs are met in line with group procedures.

The Client Servicing team is the backbone of the Group's Third Party Fund Distribution activity for cross-border products (LU/IR/FR). The team is organized into three main areas: Distribution Support, Dealing Support, and Distribution Oversight.

As a Client Servicing Specialist, you will be part of the Distribution Support team, which is responsible for monitoring client requests, providing administrative and operational support, coordinating client onboarding, and ensuring that our distributors' AML/KYC directories are up to date to comply with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring client requests and providing administrative and operational support
  • Coordination of client onboarding and distribution contracts setup
  • Keeping distributors' AML/KYC directories up to date
  • Ensuring contractual obligations are met, including remuneration and client reporting needs
  • Certifying operational feasibility regarding agreed terms and conditions
  • AML/KYC/KYD data and documentation collection and monitoring
  • Providing high-quality services to clients

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: Bac + 3 / L3
  • University or business school degree
  • Minimum experience: 3-5 years
  • Experience in Client Servicing
  • Skilled user of standard IT applications, Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in French and English; German or Italian an asset
