Aufgaben
  • Erstellung von Online-Texten und Microcopy auf Deutsch für Webportale, Webshops und Apps
  • Abstimmung der Anforderungen zur Content-Erstellung mit verschiedenen Ansprechpartnern
  • Content-Pflege in Content Management Systemen
  • Unterstützung des Product Owners in UX- bzw. Content-Fragen
  • Begleitung von Usability Tests
  • Projektmanagement bzgl. Content-Themen in Zusammenarbeit mit einem agil arbeitenden Team
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Arbeitsprozesse zur Erstellung und Pflege von deutschen Contents
Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit vergleichbarer Aufgabenstellung
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich UX Copywriting bzw. Texterstellung im Online-Bereich
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Webportal- oder App-Konzeption
  • Sicher im Content bezogenen Projektmanagement auf Projekten mit großen Teams
  • Erfahrung mit verschiedenen Content Management Systemen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung, idealerweise im Agentur-Bereich
  • Kommunikationssichere Deutschkenntnisse
  • Strukturierte und genaue Vorgehensweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
  • Selbstständigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
