About the Position

We are seeking a highly qualified Professor of UX Design and Content Creation to join our team at SRH Hochschule Berlin. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for teaching and researching in the field of UX design and content creation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the competence field of UX Design and Content Creation at our Leipzig location
  • Focus on UX design, user interface design, and media production in teaching and research
  • Acquire third-party funding through research and transfer activities
  • Participate in the development and expansion of existing and new degree programs
  • Teach practice-oriented courses, mainly in English and in digital formats
  • Conduct research and development activities
  • Participate in academic self-administration
Requirements
  • University degree in a relevant field, such as UI/UX design, media informatics, or media design
  • Knowledge of programming/scripting languages, such as JavaScript, Python, or C#
  • Advanced knowledge of audio, video, and MR production
  • Focus on innovative design and interaction solutions in various application areas
  • Ability to teach courses in English
  • Strong communication, cooperation, and teamwork skills
  • Gender and diversity competence
  • Experience in academic self-administration
