Als Salesforce-Experte für Feldservice bist du ein wichtiger Teil unseres Competence Center Service Cloud. Du berätst Unternehmen in der Gestaltung ihrer digitalen Transformation durch Innovationen mit besonderem Fokus auf Feldservice. Du unterstützt Unternehmen verschiedenster Branchen dabei, Salesforce-Lösungen zu entwickeln und einzusetzen, die das Außendienstgeschäft unterstützen und produktiver machen.

Aufgaben
  • Analysiere und optimiere Arbeitsmethoden und Business-Prozesse bei unseren Kunden
  • Konzeptioniere und implementiere Service-Cloud- und Feldservice-Lösungen
  • Bereite unsere Kunden in fachlichen und technologischen Fragen im Bereich Salesforce und angrenzenden Themen vor
  • Stehe in engem Austausch mit anderen Projektmitgliedern und Verantwortungsbereichen
  • Präsentiere Projektergebnisse und verantworte die technische Umsetzung von Konfigurationsaufgaben
  • Bilde dich kontinuierlich durch Zertifizierungen in Salesforce und anderen Plattformen weiter und stelle sicher, dass dein Wissen immer up to date ist
Qualifikationen
  • Einen Studienabschluss in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang
  • Praxiserfahrung im Aufbau und im Betrieb von Salesforce-Service-Cloud- und Feldservice-Lösungen
  • IT-Affinität und umfassendes Know-How in Software as a Service, Datenbanken und CRM
  • Gute analytische Fähigkeiten, Problemlösungskompetenz und Teamgeist
  • Relevante Zertifizierungen sind ein Plus
  • Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch
