About the RoleWe are looking for a seasoned finance leader to oversee the operations of our Shared Services organization. As Head of Shared Services, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of 4 teams with 30+ employees, driving organizational changes and process standardization efforts, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of team leaders to ensure seamless financial operations
- Develop and implement a Shared Services strategy to drive business growth and efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective stakeholder management and communication
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger operations
- Implement and maintain robust financial controls to ensure compliance and risk management
- University degree in finance or business administration
- Profound experience in operational business with a minimum of 10 years in finance or accounting
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in a Shared Services or similar environment
- Strong expertise in the development and implementation of a Shared Services strategy
- Experience in leading projects and steering processes in an agile and dynamic surrounding
- Strong leadership and team management skills, driving a performance culture with clear KPIs
- Senior communication and strong interpersonal skills to interface with key business stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and planning & operational hands-on mentality
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong ethical standards and integrity
