As an intern, you will support our international project and leadership teams in various projects in the areas of transformation, strategy implementation, and change management.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design and implementation of change management measures.
  • Collaborate in the organization of workshops and training sessions.
  • Prepare presentations, documents, and other future-oriented formats for our various target groups.
  • Conduct research work for concepts or new, innovative cultural transformation formats.
  • Provide direct support with design & rollout.

Your Profile

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in business administration or a related field.
  • Strong interest in corporate strategy, organizational development, and change management.
  • Fluent language skills in English.
  • Experience with common MS Office tools.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Good analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Structured, independent work style.
