We are looking for a talented individual to support our international project and leadership teams in various projects related to transformation, strategy implementation, and change management.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support our international project teams in various projects, focusing on transformation, strategy implementation, and change management.
  • Collaborate with our teams to design and implement change management measures.
  • Assist in organizing workshops and training sessions to enhance our teams' skills and knowledge.
  • Prepare presentations, documents, and other formats to communicate with our various target groups.
  • Conduct research to develop new, innovative cultural transformation formats.
  • Provide direct support to our teams in design and rollout activities.

Your Profile

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in business administration or a related field.
  • You have a strong interest in corporate strategy, organizational development, and change management.
  • You possess fluent language skills in English.
  • You have experience using common MS Office tools.
  • You have good communication and teamwork skills.
  • You have good analytical and conceptual skills.
  • You are a structured and independent worker.
