Job Overview

As the Campaign Manager at Dash0, you will play a key role in shaping our online presence and driving the success of our product-led growth strategy. You'll own the end-to-end process of creating, managing, and optimizing digital campaigns that attract new users and convert them into loyal, paying customers. This role requires a strategic thinker who is both creative and analytical, with hands-on experience in digital marketing.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Create and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (Google Search, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) aimed at driving user sign-ups and conversions.
  2. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align campaign strategies with product-led growth goals and brand messaging.
  3. Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from planning and execution to tracking and reporting, ensuring alignment with KPIs and growth objectives.
  4. Work closely with external agencies to manage ad creation, bidding, targeting, and budget allocation across platforms.
  5. Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling landing pages that effectively drive conversions.
  6. Test and optimize landing pages using A/B testing, user feedback, and data analysis to improve conversion rates.
  7. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, CPL, etc.), drawing insights to inform future campaign strategies.
  8. Provide regular performance reports and recommendations for optimizations, sharing insights with the wider team and stakeholders.
  9. Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve growth targets.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management, ideally within a SaaS or product-led growth environment.
  • Proficiency with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
