CAE is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Theoretical Knowledge Instructor to join our team. As a key member of our instructional staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to our students in the EASA ATPL theory subjects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging and effective instruction to students in the EASA ATPL theory subjects
- Monitor and report on student progress, providing individualized support and guidance as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date course records, including student progress and assessment results
- Develop and update course materials, ensuring they are relevant and effective in meeting student learning needs
- Collaborate with other instructional staff to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive learning experience for students
Requirements
- Proven experience in instructional design and delivery, ideally in the aviation industry
- Strong subject matter expertise in EASA ATPL theory subjects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on student outcomes
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
